There are so many hobbies that one can choose to make a meaningful lifestyle.  Most people choose their hobbies based on some reasons.  However, there is simply no good reason to choose smoking as a hobby.
As a matter of fact, all the excuses given for taking up smoking and for continuing it clearly reflect one’s weakness.  For example, some people smoke because they fear being criticized by peers.  These people believe that smoking is representative of one’s status.  Others smoke to satisfy their curiosity, to avoid boredom, or for pleasure.  They enjoy this bad habit and feel good doing it.
Conversely, there are many good reasons for not smoking.  Choosing not to smoke not only benefits you as an individual but also helps your surroundings to live in a healthier environment.
It is widely known that tobacco smoke contains chemicals which are poisonous and harmful to health.  It generates pollution and leaves the air dense with cancer-causing toxins.  Meanwhile, careless disposal of burning cigarettes butts may cause fires which can destroy home and kill people.
Before you decide to take up this habit, please remember that smoking harms your spouse, children, friends and colleagues.  The smoke inhaled by a non-smoker is likely to cause him/her lung cancer, irritation of the eyes, asthma, heart disease and coughing.

Human body is made up of countless millions of cells.  Food is needed to build up new cells and replace the worn out cell.  However, the food that we take must be changed into substances that can be carried in the blood to the places where they are needed.  This process is called digestion.
The first digestive process takes places in the mouth.  The food we eat is broken up into small pieces by the action of teeth, mixed with saliva, a juice secreted by glands in the mouth.  Saliva contains digestive juices which moisten the food, so it can be swallowed easily.
From the mouth, food passes through the esophagus (the food passage) into the stomach.  Here, the food is mixed with the juices secreted by the cells in the stomach for several hours.  Then the food enters the small intestine.  All the time the muscular walls of the intestine are squeezing, mixing and moving the food onwards.
In a few hours, the food changes into acids.  These are soon absorbed by the villi (microscopic branch projections from the intestine walls) and passed into the bloodstream.

The four major islands are Waigeo, Misool (which is home to ancient rock painting), Salawati, and Batanta. Raja Ampat is located in the bird head of the island of Papua. Underwater enthusiasts flock to this region because it offers the world's best marine sight. In the
Raja Ampat islands, divers can explore vertical underwater walls. The thrill of drift diving is another great challenge.
The territory within the islands of the Four Kings is enormous, covering 9.8 million acres of land and sea, home to 540 types of corals, more than 1,000 types of coral fish and 700 types of mollusks. This makes it the most diverse living library for world's coral reef and underwater biota. According to a report developed by The Nature Conservancy and Conservation
International, around 75% of the world's species live here.
